Click Edit at the top of the program and then at the bottom of the menu click "change your company information."
1) The business info tab allow you to change your company details in case your address changes, or anything else such as a phone number or email.
2) The personnel tab allows you to edit your current users. From there you can make them inactive, change they last names in case of marriage, and any other information you wish to update, including adding emails so they will appear on drop down menus when sending emails from the system.
3) The remaining two tabs are not applicable to any other detail in the program except to view it from here specifically.
